Our May block will be focusing on the column above, starting with a crown chakra activation, you will learn techniques to build subtle structure in your column above.
The Column above is like your celestial antenna, working on this subtle body struct, gives you greater connection to your higher self guides and higher realm spirit and source.
Building this structure through meditation, will create a stronger ability, for you to hold connection and allow your guides to assist you, with insight, subtle body healing and angelic resonance.
